5. Training & Certification

• We provide hands-on operational training for equipment purchased from Code Aesthetics.

• Buyers are responsible for obtaining all necessary certifications, licenses, and government approvals required to perform treatments in their region.

6. Usage & Responsibility Disclaimer

• All equipment sold is intended for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes only and is not designed to treat medical conditions unless explicitly stated.

• Some equipment may or may not carry certifications such as FDA/CE/ISO. Customers may request this information before purchase.

• By purchasing from Code Aesthetics, the buyer accepts full responsibility for:

Note:

9. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical-grade devices, returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product delivery

• All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified at the time of purchase.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Code Aesthetics is not responsible for:

  • Improper or unauthorised use of equipment.

  • Injuries, skin damage, or property damage arising from misuse.

  • Results of aesthetic treatments performed by buyers or their staff.

• Buyers agree to indemnify Code Aesthetics against any claims, losses, or legal actions arising out of product misuse.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• In case of disputes, parties shall first attempt resolution through mutual discussion.

• If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
