At Code Aesthetics, we ensure safe, timely, and professional delivery of aesthetic machines, laser equipment, skincare devices, and clinic-grade consumables across India. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, logistics process, and customer responsibilities.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We deliver Pan India, covering metro, non-metro, and remote locations.

• International shipping is available on request for selected professional aesthetic and laser equipment.

2. Dispatch Time

• Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

• High-value, customized, or bulk equipment orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote / Difficult Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, restricted zones, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping across India on:

• Prepaid orders of aesthetic machines

• Clinic-grade dermal devices

• Homecare equipment and consumables

(Large equipment requiring special handling may include additional logistics charges if specified at checkout.)

5. Cash on Delivery

• • COD is available only for small products such as homecare devices, accessories, and skincare consumables.

  • COD is not available for high-value equipment such as:

    • Diode Laser Machines

    • CO₂ Fractional Lasers

    • Q-Switch Lasers

    • HIFU Machines

    • Hydrafacial Units

    • Slimming & Cryolipolysis Devices

    • RF/MNRF Systems

6. Shipping Charges

• Standard domestic shipping is free.

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • Express or expedited delivery

  • Heavier machinery requiring special transport

  • Insurance cover for high-value aesthetic equipment

Insurance is strongly recommended for all laser and medical-grade machines.

7. Order Tracking

• Customers receive tracking updates via Email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

• Our support team is available for real-time tracking assistance if needed.

8. Delivery Partners

We ship using reliable, professional logistics providers known for safe handling of medical and aesthetic equipment, including:

• Blue Dart

• Delhivery

• DTDC

• Safexpress

• Professional Couriers

Specialized transport services may be used for delicate or bulky machines.

9. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are advised to:

• Inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery

• Check for physical damage, tampering, or missing components

• Report any issues within 24 hours to info@codeaesthetics.in with photos/video

Delays in reporting may impact eligibility for replacement.

10. International Shipping

International delivery is available on selected aesthetic medical devices and OEM machines. Customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import regulations

• Country-specific shipping compliance

11. Installation for Machines

For eligible medical-grade equipment (lasers, cryolipolysis, RF/MNRF, HIFU, skin analysis systems):

• On-site installation is provided

• Demonstration and operational training are arranged by our technical experts

• Additional training sessions may be scheduled if required (subject to terms)
