Cancellation Policy

At Code Aesthetics, we strive to deliver a seamless order experience, and our cancellation terms are designed to offer clarity and fairness to all customers. Orders can be cancelled within two hours of placement by contacting us at info@codeaesthetics.in or 1800-570-0171. Once the order enters processing or is dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order has already been shipped, customers may refuse delivery, however any applicable shipping and return charges may be deducted from the refund.

Due to the specialised nature of aesthetic and medical-grade equipment, certain products cannot be cancelled once processing begins. These include diode laser systems, CO₂ fractional lasers, pico lasers, Q-switch ND Yag machines, HIFU devices, RF/MNRF platforms, hydrafacial units, skin analysis machines, custom-built devices, bulk orders and other high-value equipment. Consumables, homecare items and accessories may also become non-cancellable once packed or dispatched.

COD cancellations are permitted only for eligible small products. Repeated cancellations may lead to COD restrictions on the customer’s account. Large machines are not eligible for COD and therefore cannot be cancelled under this mode.

Code Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of payment failure, unverifiable shipping information, stock unavailability, fraudulent activity, regulatory restrictions or logistic limitations. In such situations, customers will be notified promptly and prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.

Refunds for approved cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines. Order modifications are not permitted after processing; a new order must be placed for any changes.
