This Refund & Returns Policy is designed to ensure complete transparency, build trust, and provide clarity regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

    • It must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • Customers must inspect their orders at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • After verification, we will arrange:

    • Repair or replacement of the defective item, or

    • Full refund (as applicable).

3. Non-Returnable & Exception Items

Some products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Customized or special-order machines.

  • Opened skincare consumables, gels, or accessories.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised installation.

  • Hazardous or flammable products.

  • Sale items, discounted products, or gift cards.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the product first and place a new order after approval.

  • Exchange requests depend on stock availability.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the amount, please contact us at info@codeaesthetics.in.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for secure packaging of returned products.

  • If a return is approved, Code Aesthetics will provide instructions and, where applicable, a shipping label.

  • Products damaged in transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible for refund.

7. Important Notes

  • Returns and refunds will only be processed after thorough quality inspection.

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales may not qualify for returns unless defective.

  • For bulk and wholesale orders, separate return terms may apply (to be confirmed at the time of purchase).
