At Code Aesthetics, we ensure fast, reliable and secure delivery of all aesthetic machines, laser equipment, skincare devices and professional consumables across India. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand delivery timelines and logistics.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders Pan India including metro and non-metro cities. International shipping is available on request for selected aesthetic equipment and laser machines.

2. Dispatch Time

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Custom or bulk orders of professional aesthetic machines may require additional processing time.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

All orders will be delivered Metro Cities: 4–6 business days | Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days | Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, strikes, natural disruptions or product availability.

4. Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders of aesthetic machines, dermal devices, laser technology equipment and homecare products.

5. Cash on Delivery

• COD is available only for small products such as homecare devices and skincare consumables.

• COD is not available on machines or equipment like Diode Laser Machines, HIFU Machines, CO2 Fractional Lasers, Q-Switch Lasers, Hydrafacial Units, etc. due to high equipment value.

6. Shipping Charges

For standard orders, shipping is free.
For express shipping or heavy machinery delivery, charges may apply based on:

• Package weight and dimensions

• Delivery location

• Insurance for machine transport (recommended for all laser devices and clinic equipment)

7. Order Tracking

You will receive order tracking updates via Email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also contact our support team for live tracking assistance.

8. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted and secure logistic partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Safexpress and Professional Express for safe handling of medical-grade and clinical equipment.

9. Inspection on Delivery

We request customers to check packaging and product condition at delivery. If any damage or tampering is noticed, please report it immediately within 24 hours to info@codeaesthetics.in.

10. International Shipping

International delivery is available on selected aesthetic medical devices and OEM machines. Customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import regulations

• Country-specific shipping compliance

11. Installation for Machines

For high-value medical aesthetic machines like lasers, RF systems, cryolipolysis or HIFU devices:

• On-site installation and demo are available

• Training support is provided (if applicable)
